We analyse your transaction history to raise issues and potential harm we can help you address and correct where possible. We review the transaction flows, decline reasons, approval versus decline ratios, and do a general analysis of the payment demographics.

CoralCommerce can be contracted directly or through consulting agencies in your region. Our primary partner is the Digital Works Group (DWG) for contracts within the United Kingdom, in Africa it is through CoralCommerce, and in North America it is through CoralCommerce America.

Contract our team members for 3, 6, or 12 month periods, renewable 30 days in advance. Longer periods of consulting can be arranged on request. As we are 'short term' consultants we bill by consulting day, and the fee is usually paid up to and not exceeding 30 days in arrears from the date of invoice.
